MOVING FORWARD AT POWNALL PLANT

In 2019, our company updated our vehicle fleet to comply with emissions regulations and reduce our carbon footprint. This involved a transition to newer Euro 6 vehicles, which combined with our tree farm helped us towards our aim of halving our carbon emissions and move one step closer to carbon neutrality.

During 2021, we continued to update our fleet with the acquisition of a new Euro 6 DAF unit. In addition, we outsourced our vehicle signage to a professional firm and implemented a bold orange colour scheme. This change was made in response to the majority of our fleet being Kubota machines. During this process, we gained the necessary skills to apply pre-made logos to our machines, rather than simply using text.

The implementation of a more modern and eye-catching brand identity had significant benefits for our company. By utilizing bright and bold colors, we were able to enhance our visual appeal and increase brand recognition both on and off the road. Our machines now have a distinctive look that stands out from the competition, which has allowed us to generate greater interest and attract new customers.

In addition, modernizing our branding also served to revitalize the company culture and boost morale among employees. The new look gave our team a renewed sense of pride in their work, and the use of modern designs on our workwear has helped to create a more professional and polished image. The updated branding has also given us the opportunity to connect with our customers in a more meaningful way, by demonstrating our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and progress in the industry.

The new branding has allowed us to communicate our values and vision in a more clear and concise way, which has been essential for gaining new business and building lasting relationships with customers. Overall, the strategic move to modernize our branding has been a game-changer for our company, positioning us as a forward-thinking and innovative player in the industry.
